The SCN Track Record: Every Signal, Logged in Public

Track records are the strongest currency in investment research — and the most selectively displayed. Platforms show you the track record when it flatters them; newsletters quietly retire their misses. SCN runs it differently: every signal we issue is logged on this page the day the analysis publishes, with the exact evidence we said would decide the story, and reviewed on a fixed public schedule whether the review flatters us or not. This page is maintained by the SCN desk engine and updated every time an Earnings Print ships or a review comes due. Our editorial standards promised checkability; this is the check.

How scoring works

SCN issues two signals — Watch and Hold — and never buy/sell calls, so we grade the thing we actually publish: the analysis. Each ledger entry records the question the Earnings Print said would resolve the stock's story. At roughly +30 days we post a first check, and at +90 days a full review, grading the flagged evidence one of three ways: EVIDENCE BULL (the data broke toward our bull case), EVIDENCE BEAR (toward the bear case), or UNRESOLVED (the deciding print hasn't happened yet). Reviews note price context with dated sources, but the grade follows the filings, not the tape — a stock can rally while the evidence breaks bear, and the ledger will say so.
